William P. Tetley is a member of the Quebec Bar. He is fluently bilingual and practices in both English and French .

He practices in the fields of contract & property litigation and immigration.  He has represented individuals and corporations for over 25 years before the Quebec Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, and, the Federal Court.  

With respect to contract & property litigation Maitre Tetley has helped clients resolve disputes involving the undivided co-ownership of immovables as well as the settling of estates.

In Immigration Maitre Tetley’s main focus is with files involving work permits, spousal sponsorships, and criminal and medical inadmissibility.

More about William

William is a married father of three children who has been fighting for his clients’ rights for over 25 years.  When not negotiating deals or representing individuals in court, he involves himself in community driven activities.  These include collecting funds for cancer research, participating in an annual “Ride to Conquer Cancer” cycling event, helping with the collection of food and clothing for families in need, being an active member of the Quebec Liberal Party, and providing pro bono legal services for his church.
